Summary

Billy completed his Degree in Property Planning & Development at Kingston University in 2009 when he was also awarded an RICS Student Award for Outstanding Work.

Upon completing his degree Billy joined the Real Estate Research Centre within the School of Surveying & Planning at the University and has since worked on a number of published research commissions within the field.

He combines his work within the Centre with a part-time MA in Planning and Sustainability which he is also doing at Kingston University. Once completed Billy hopes to gain industry experience and undertake the APC process in order to become a Chartered Surveyor or Chartered Town Planner.
